How cancellations, event changes, and refunds are handled for paid WooHoo Club activities in Pune.

Before you book
The event listing explains the price, inclusions, payment deadline, and any activity-specific cancellation terms. Review these before paying, especially for venue, workshop, travel, or materials costs.
Member cancellations
If you cannot attend, cancel through the method stated in your confirmation as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the specific event, the notice period, and costs already committed to a venue or partner. Where permitted, a transfer to another eligible attendee may be offered instead of a refund.
Changes or cancellation by WooHoo Club
If we cancel a paid activity, we will offer a refund of the amount paid to WooHoo Club for that activity or, where you agree, a credit or transfer to a future event. We are not responsible for personal travel or other costs you incur unless required by applicable law.
How to request help
Email hello@woohooclub.in with your name, event, booking reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond promptly and will confirm the available option for that activity.
