Our shared standard

WooHoo Club is a welcoming Pune community for meeting people offline. Everyone deserves to participate without harassment, discrimination, coercion, intimidation, or unwanted attention.

Expected conduct

Be kind, inclusive, and mindful of consent. Respect personal space, stated boundaries, and a no. Use group channels and event spaces responsibly.

• Do not harass, stalk, threaten, or discriminate
• Do not share another person’s details, photos, or messages without permission
• Do not use community access for unsolicited selling, recruiting, or dating pressure
• Do not attend while intoxicated or bring prohibited substances to an event
• Follow venue, route, and host instructions

Reporting concerns

If something feels unsafe or inappropriate, tell the event host as soon as you can or email hello@woohooclub.in with the details. We will review reports sensitively and may restrict or remove access to protect the community.

Consequences

We may issue a warning, remove someone from an activity, suspend membership access, or report serious matters to venue teams or relevant authorities when appropriate. These actions are taken to protect participants and the wider community.
